As a class project in my Stereo Mixing Class, I was given the raw recordings of Bob Marley and the Wailers’ “Is This Love.” I was tasked to remix this song in a different way from the recording. I chose to focus more on the percussion instruments in this song and pan each member of the band individually to give the feeling of sitting in the middle of their recording session.
